How do you see yourself using a blog in your classroom?

I'm a music teacher and I've been wanting to incorporate musical composition more into my classroom. I would love to use a blog for students to also think linguistically about their compositions.
At the beginning of the year, as a 1st grade teacher, I would like to use the blog more as a community or parent discussion forum. As the year progresses and my students develop more skills, I would like to try having them respond to their reading. It will be interesting to see how much they can do!

not sure. I have so much to digest from these past few days.
