Will Kepler be successful in finding Earth-like planets with life on them? Why or why not?

Kepler will be successful in finding another planet with life because there might be a planet with water and plants. Maybe they might find something else like grass. That is what I think what Kepler will find.

No, I don't think Kelper well be successful because the nearest star is over 1 lite year away and I don't believe it can store enough gas to travel over a lite year. It could go on solar but there is no lite for awhile. It's already failed with wind because there is no air to create wind so I believe that Kelper will not make it.1

I say that Will Kepler will not find life on other planets like earth because their is no oxygen on other planets beside earth.Humans need oxygen in order to breathe and earth is the only planet that has air. C-23

I think Kepler will not be successful in finding Earth-like planets because with life on them because people have already looked for that kind of stuff and haven't found anything before. #18

I think Kelper will be successful in finding Earth-like planets with life on the because we haven't fully searched all the planets and I believe that if we look hard enough we will find something.

I believe that he will. Water found on Mars could lead to creepy animals or even aliens. And, that could mean other galaxy's, other planets, and other life forms.

I think Kelper might be successful in finding Earth-like planets with life on them because there is a lot of room out there and its unlikely we're the only one. 24

Kelper will be successful because there are other galaxies, and they could have living creatures on it the planet, as long as the planet is earth-like.

I do not think that Kepler will find any Earth like plants because we've already done tons of research and found nothing that is why I don't think Kelper will find anything.

I think it might. I mean, if there are 10 planets around just our sun, and there are millions of billions of other Suns out there, and Kepler will be studying about 100,000 stars that have the potential of being suns, then there is a good chance that in about 1,000,000 planets there will be at least 1 more "earth" out there.

I do think he will be successful but I also don't. I don't because people cant live inside hot planets. I do because people might be able to because I don't know much about all of the planets.

I think that there could be more life on another planet, but it might need to be on a planet that is not in the solar system because we have already been or have discovered no life on one of those planets. 17

Kepler could be successful in finding Earth-like planets with life on them because it is a big chance of finding one with it looking at so many stars, but also humans have never seen planets that have characteristics like Earth and contain liquid. It has been a myth for a long time so what make them think that they'll find a planet like Earth now?

I think Kepler might be successful in finding Earth-like planets with life on them because I don't know if it's high space tech and will actually work! But, I do hope it will work and will hopefully work!

I think the Kepler will be successful because it is a telescope and then you will be able to see what it is up there. Then you will be surprised by what is up there.

I don't think Kepler will be successful because I don't think that just a large telescope will help by looking at life forms or something on that planet.
