Fire Safety
What is your reaction to the FACE class that we had today with Ms. Moore? What did you learn about arson? What did you learn about accidents and their results? If you see a friend making an unsafe choice, how could you handle it? Are the consequences for committing arson reasonable? Why or why not?

I learned that arson can have very dangerous consequences. I learned that the accidents that people can make are very dangerous most of the time and the results can be very sad. If I were to see a friend making an unsafe choice, I would warn them of the consequences. I think the consequences are sometimes reasonable because you can sometimes do bad things.

My reaction to FACE is that a lot of kids do bad things with fire, they don't mean to but they do. I learned that a lot of kids that don't mean to do anything end up doing something that can hurt someone. If I see someone making a bad choice I would go up to them ask them to stop and ask them if they wanted to play on the computer or something to get their mid off what they are doing. I think that arson are reasonable because the person knows what they are doing is song. 24
My reaction is very sad I don't think that kids should even think of that. I learned that arson is a very unsafe act. That accidents can have fatal endings such as burns. If I see a friend making an unsafe choice I will say that's not very safe and if they resume to what they were doing I will go tell an adult emedietly to keep my friend safe. I belive that the consequeces are reasonable because a kid should not do this.

My reaction to FACE is in my mind. In my mind I was thinking that all of the scary stuff they did wa scary and I don't want to get hurt and burned so I will never do that ever.
I learned that Arson is a bad thing to do and you will go to a bad place just for it.
I learned that the accidents and results are very scary and I don't want to look like a burned freak.
If I saw my friend making a wrong choice instead of running away I would tell them to put what ever they saw or grabbed down and if they still wanted to be my friend to give me the thing so I can throw it away.
Yes the consequences for committing arson are reasonable. Why? Because if you know you did something wro0ngg you should get in trouble like many schools.

My reaction to the FACE is that tons of people play with fire and end up going to jail, so I will never play with fire. I learned that arson is meaning to catch things on fire. I learned that even if you cot something on fire and it was an accident it would still be arson. If I ever saw someone making an unsafe choice I would tell them that thats not a good idea and we should do something different. I think the consequences for arson are reasonable because fire is very dangerous.18
My reaction to FACE is that it was sort of scary to see how that could happen. What I learned about arson is that arson is where someone starts a fire understanding what they are doing. What I learned about accidents and their results is that is you start a fire it can change your whole life. If I see an unsafe chose I would first tell them to not do that and if they don't I would tell a grown-up. Yes I think the consequences for arson are fair and reasonable because it is a very baad thing to do.

What I learned from FACE is that some kids make bad choices and end up putting themselves and others in danger. If I saw someone make that choice I would remind them that there not doing a good thing and also remind them of the consequences.I would also them that they should go and make a better choice. I think the consequences are kind of reasonable because they didn't mean to but they still made a lot of damage.#11
Wow, that was scary, cool, and disturbing! I learned that Arson is one of the most scariest consequences you could have, in my opinion! I learned even if you didn't mean to start the fire, if your 10 or older, you will still get Arson!!! How you would handle it is by saying " that is not a good idea, let's go do something else!" The consequence are reasonable because you burnt peoples property and maybe even hurt or killed someone, or something. #19
I think it was a good learning thing for all of us.
I learned that arson is someone who started the fire.
I learned that if you do something wrong that the results are not fun.
How I would handle it is by running to there house, my house, or a house we both Know and tell a parent.
no the punishment is not good.because you can...
go to kid jail
do community serves
and things like that

I think it was very sad. I learned that arson is very intentional and not responsible. It could be fatal to other people and yourself. The accidents are very dangerous because you can get burned and that is a life-time scar. If I saw a friend making an unsafe choice I would suggest them strongly to stop, and then leave so I am not involved. The consequences are reasonable because they need to learn their lesson and know that is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.

I learned that arson can be dangerous and if I saw one of my friends playing with something that can cause a fire i would say lets go play a board game or something to get there mind off of it
Sincerely 10
i thing that the the consequences for committing to arson is reasonable because if you don't say that you did do arson, if they end up caching you, you will be in more trouble that you would have bean form the start.and if you see a friend doing arson you need to tell a teacher or an adult.

14 I think my reaction to the FACE class that we had was mixed. It was mixed between surprised and grossed out by the pictures.
I learned that arson is illegal, and you could go to jail for it.
I learned that you may not mean to make all this debris and harmfulness, but it is your fault.I also learned that kids could go to court making a fire.
If I was playing with a friend and she said let's light this on fire, I would say "No, let's go do something else" or If she refused, then I would run and tell an adult.
The consequences for committing arson is reasonable because making a fire is dangerous and people could get hurt really bad. Plus I think that person or people are responsible.
I think it was cool an fun to learn about fire safety in the class. Arson is a crime that can lead to series consequences. A accident my have been just a accident but when your older you'll get in trouble. If my friend was making a bad chose then I'd try to get him away but if he dose not come then I would go get dad. Yes I think the consequences are reasonable because if you do crime you should be charged.1
